Nature house in Ouddorp

The nature house is a flat-roofed wooden bungalow. It is single-story, built in the 1950s and has a stone chimney to a fireplace. The bungalow sleeps six people. The furnishings are simple; there is one room with a double bed and there are two rooms with bunk beds. There is a shower, a toilet and a modern kitchen. Heating is done with gas stoves. Hot water is supplied through a geyser. There is good WiFi available and plenty to read. Two terraces for morning and evening sun. Changeover day is on Friday. Dogs or cats are not allowed on the property and in the bungalow. The cost of final cleaning is 50,-. They then assume that upon departure the house is swept and the dishes are done. Please note that during the months of October, November, December 2022, and January, February and April 2023, the cost of gas and electricity, incurred during your stay, will be charged extra afterwards according to the meter reading.

The location of the nature house is unique: on the edge of a protected dune landscape near the Ouddorp lighthouse. Surrounded by rose hip and bramble bushes, there is a view of the protected dune area and the lighthouse that is close by. There is a lot of wildlife roaming the dunes and regularly the grounds are visited by a pheasant, rabbits and sometimes a deer.
