Highly recommended. A wonderful location, close to Belgium and the Netherlands, with plenty to do! The owners are very friendly and are there to help if needed. There’s a lovely swimming pond, and there are lots of animals on the property (3 horses, a dog, a cat, and chickens). We were able to go on a trail ride with the horses and rent bicycles (including a child seat). The cottage has two separate areas: a sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom in the same house as the owners, and a living area with a kitchen and a view of the paddock and the swimming pond.

The sleeping area is well cared for, cozy and with lovely beds. The day room is adjacent to the horse pasture and a beautiful pond. Really lovely on summer days.On autumnal days you have to retreat inside and there it is damp (lots of mold) and it smells really unpleasant.We are cyclists and wanted to retreat there after a wet ride to dry up. But unfortunately - we unfortunately went home 3 days early because the weather would remain autumnal.
