Spacious vacation home on the edge of a small, particularly quiet park. The nature house is extra special for silence lovers because it is located at the end of the path. From the living room and garden the house offers views over the fields where deer and cranes can be regularly observed. The house and the garden are oriented to the expansive view. A wonderful place for all seasons. The house offers comfortable beds for eight people. The house has FOUR BEDROOMS and TWO BATHROOMS. The special design of the cottage uses sedem roofing. Furthermore, the entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. The house has a very spacious garden. The garden also offers always a place to enjoy, in the lee with sun or shade or just a little more wind. For bicycles there is a SPACIOUS STORAGE at the house with a large number of sockets for LOADING E-BIKES.
Nature and surroundings
The small park is particularly quiet. Many songbirds feel at home in the park. Several rules are in place at the park to maintain the silence at the park. Cars are allowed on the park only during changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). There are mostly native tree and shrub species. Natural park management is applied to best continue the natural environment of the Dwingelderveld National Park in the park. From the park there are extensive walking and cycling possibilities over the heath and forests of the National Park, but also over the winding lanes of the authentic landscape in the vicinity of Ruinen. So extensive opportunities to enjoy the unique surroundings and perfect environment to unwind.
