The Nature House is part of our estate in Vijlen, neighborhood community Rott, and is 100 square meters in size. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace and further the kitchen, toilet and shower facilities. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor, two of which are equipped with a sink. The cottage has a private terrace where you can relax on summer days. Bed and kitchen linen and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival. Pets are not allowed.

The estate also consists of a large orchard with standard fruit trees and a small vineyard. From the orchard there is a beautiful view of the large vineyard of the St. Martinus wine estate with the tower of the St. Martinus Church in the background. The orchard borders the Vijlenerbos and has direct access to the hiking trails there. The estate also includes a former horse stable surrounded by beautiful terraces. For bird lovers, there is plenty to see and hear. In the former horse stable is a barn owl nest where mother owl manages to raise about three offspring each year.
