Nature house in Holsloot

A Saxon farmhouse nearly 200 years old. A large chestnut tree that has been there so long that no one knows exactly how long. A farmstead around a hushed brink with big, old trees. In this historic farmhouse you will find our Bed & Breakfast. At the end of the long corridor is the Opkamer on the right. Inside you immediately notice the difference in height between the downstairs room and the upstairs room. Going up the little staircase, you'll find the sleeping area upstairs with a nice, comfortable, old-looking crib measuring 160 x 210 centimeters. Downstairs is a lovely sitting area for lounging or relaxing to read a book. You'll also find a table with two chairs. And of course you can make your own coffee and/or tea here and there is a refrigerator. Outside is a lovely piece of garden with grass, flowers and seating. The bathroom with toilet is adjacent to the room.

The farmstead is located in farming community Den Hool, which is part of the village of Holsloot. And Holsloot is found in southeast Drenthe, in a land of peat bogs, canals and dirt roads. Of picturesque ash villages, monumental farms and historic towns. But also of vast fields and hardworking farmers. Den Hool lies exactly between the cities of Emmen and Coevorden and is located on the Pieterpad.
