Nature house in Westerbork

This fresh, clean, convenient nature house offers comfort for a relaxing vacation or weekend getaway and is ideal for peace, quiet and nature lovers. Pets are welcome! The nature house is on a small park surrounded by a nature reserve and is suitable for one to four people. The interior is modern and bright. In the kitchen there are large kitchen cabinets full of utensils and crockery for four people, a refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, combination microwave and washing machine. The living room is furnished including a two-seater sofa, two armchairs and TV with DVD player. The wood stove automatically provides atmosphere and cozy warmth. There are two bedrooms in the nature house. One bedroom has a double bed, closet and upper cabinets with plenty of storage space. The other bedroom includes a single bed (fold out to double bed), a sink and storage cabinets. The modern bathroom has a (rain) shower, toilet, washbasin and a high column cabinet with lots of storage space. There is a private driveway, a canopy for bikes and a large garden bordered with green webbing for lots of privacy.

The park is located between Westerbork (three kilometers) with lots of entertainment, stores and restaurants / terraces and Museum Village Orvelte (from the nature house two kilometers walk through the Reijntjesveld). From the nature house you step right into the primal nature of the Reijntjesveld with in sight the Iron Age farm (reconstructed farm from the Iron Age) and the grazing flock of sheep. Around the nature house you will find real silence and precious nature. There are places to dream away, unforgettable views and countless opportunities for lovely walks or bike rides. From the park you immediately step onto the Drenthe Trail (LAW) and a marked walking route (Oerveld Route two kilometers). For children there is at Orvelte "Theodoor's Wooden Path" to playfully discover nature. Near the park is node 97 of the Drenthe Cycle Route Network and you can cycle all over Drenthe. Be amazed by the beauty of the surroundings. Because of its central location, the nature house is also ideal for trips to the cities of Assen, Emmen, Hoogeveen (about 24 kilometers) or Groningen (55 kilometers).
