Small comfortable cottage of 38 m2 (Tiny house). The cottage is part of an old residential farm and includes a wood stove, kitchen with dishwasher, 2 showers and 2 TVs. In the authentic 18th century cottage you sleep in a romantic box bed with contemporary dimensions (2.05 meters long and 1.40 meters wide). The box bed also has mood lighting and a TV with Netflix. Living room with wood stove and TV with NL channels. Bathroom with double walk-in shower (shower together), sink and separate toilet. Kitchen with dishwasher, 2-burner hob, fridge, combi microwave, sink, kettle and coffee maker for nespresso cups. Outside a bench to sit in the morning sun and a terrace with table and chairs by the animal pasture. Also in the yard is a bike shed and ample parking. Optional breakfast service and wood-fired hot tub.

Far away from all the hustle and bustle, you can completely relax, walking or cycling in a region where time seems to stand still. A unique flora and fauna, where the badger and kingfisher are often seen guests. Due to differences in climate and a different type of soil (loam with layers of chalk) compared to the rest of the Netherlands and Flanders, you will find plants and animals in the South Limburg Voer region that do not or rarely occur further north. Such as Vineyard snails, Roe deer, Badgers, Kingfishers and from the plants: the well-known Mistletoe or Mistletoe branch, wild Orchids, wild Arum lilies and wild Marjoram.
