The nature house is located in the Leggelderveld nature reserve, about 400 meters from a quiet country road. From the cottage or the terrace you enjoy an unobstructed view of nature. Terrace 20m2 facing south, the cottage has comfortable beds that can be used either separately or together. In the spacious room there is a three-seater sofa and an armchair. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, kitchen towels are provided, but you should bring your own bath towels. The bathroom is compact but equipped with an excellent shower.For coffee lovers there are several options available to make coffee, namely with a (filter) coffee maker, Nespresso or Senseo. Internet is free and secure. On the 3.5-acre property, there are three nature houses located well apart from each other.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located in natura 2000 area the Leggelderveld. From the cottage several hiking trails run directly the nature reserve. The "Blue Lake", is 350 m away, not only for a unique walk around the lake but you can also enjoy one of the beautiful sandy beaches and swim in clear clean water. In the vicinity, within cycling distance, are the Drents-Friese Wold, Holtingerveld and the Dwingelderveld. You can then also make beautiful bike rides through the many bike paths and quiet country roads.
