This beautiful farmhouse is located in the forest area of Ruinen, between the villages of Echten and Ruinen, in Drenthe. The house is fitted with all modern comforts and is situated in an English garden of more than 2 hectares. Your privacy is guaranteed and you can also use the heated private outdoor swimming pool. You and your group can let yourselves be pampered in the restaurant on the property. Local products are used to cook the dishes. Of course, you can also choose to take care of your meals yourself. Everything you need for that, can be found in the house. In the evening, you can enjoy a pleasant evening in your own cafe with copper bar. Use of the pub is not included in the price. On request, the owner can arrange beer, wine and soft drinks. On an island in the middle of the pond, you'll find a gazebo; a wonderful place to be. If you're looking for a special location in the middle of nature, where you'll find peace and quiet together with your family, friends or team, this house is the perfect choice. Directly next to the house you'll find a small-scale conference centre. There's a restaurant, bar, training rooms and a small theater. These rooms can be used for business or festive meetings in consultation and for a fee. There are also several other possibilities, such as outdoor activities, wine tastings and culinary possibilities (cooking workshop, wine tasting, guest cook). The house part of the garden and the swimming pool are exclusively for our house guests. The rest of the 2 hectare garden can sometimes also be used by the guests of the conference centre. This will not happen often during weekends and holidays. We will try to limit inconvenience as much as possible through appropriate consultation. The Wi-Fi connection in this house is very good and features several fibreglass connections.
