Stylishly decorated nature house. The house has a living room, with many windows,a large bedroom. The double bed is made for you.An attic with two fixed children's beds, a toilet/shower and a separate kitchen.Outside, in addition to the terrace, there is also a covered terrace. Near the cottage there is also an additional outdoor area, in which sleeping is possible (double sofa bed). In it there is also an extra toilet and a washing machine. There are several places to sit in the shade and sun.
Nature and surroundings
The Lutterzand is a nature reserve with sand drifts, moors and a varied forest. Through this forest flows the meandering Dinkel. This attracts many species of birds, including the bank swallow and the kingfisher. The cottage is located about 500 meters from the Dinkel. There are many cycling and hiking trails in the area. From the cottage you can see many species of birds, deer, rabbits and squirrels.
