Nature house in Papenvoort

No of course there is no sea. Or it must be the poetic sea of potato plants that you peer over from the romantic rocking sofa. With the setting sun in the background. This high-energy place inspires and motivates. And it's a great place to unwind. A nice, spacious place on our estate with lots of privacy, and of course a fire pit. There is also an old-fashioned privy. You can organize fine (quiet) outdoor evenings with guests staying elsewhere on our property. The interior is completely in style, in many shades of blue, seascapes on the wall, and stylish upcycled curtains and pillows. And for the cold days, we have installed a lovely wood stove inside. There is also a handy palapa attached to the nature cabin, so you can sit outside nice and dry when it rains.

The nature house is located in the middle of the Hondsrug and is ideally suited for the nature lover who loves peace and quiet. There is an extensive network of cycling, equestrian and hiking trails. A varied nature and picturesque villages make it complete. Stores are a 10-minute drive away in Rolde, Borger and Grolloo. There is plenty to do around the private forest. In the vicinity are beautiful cycling and walking routes. In Assen starts one of the Happen & Trappen bicycle routes. Furthermore, the estate is located halfway along the walking route Rolde-Schoonoord of the Pieterpad. A few kilometers away you will find the Boomkroonpad. In Emmen is the Wildlands zoo, which is about a half hour drive from the nature house.
