Nature house in de Lutte

The nature house can accommodate up to four people. No hikers or recreationists walk directly past the cottage. The only things you may encounter around the cottage are squirrels, rabbits or deer. The cottage was renovated in early 2018, equipped with a new kitchen and decorated in an attractive and cozy way. Although the cottage is located in the middle of the forest, the rooms are sunny and bright. In the beautiful autumn and winter season, you can sit in the living area and enjoy the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The nature house has a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90cm). In the spacious bathroom there are two sinks, a toilet and a shower. The nature house is fully equipped. The cottage is on one level, on either side of the house are nice terraces. From the cottage you can walk or cycle straight into the Lutterzand. Hiking and cycling maps are waiting for you!

Located on the border with Germany in northeastern Twente, in the middle of the Lutterzand nature reserve, the nature house offers a beautiful combination of nature, relaxation and enjoyment. The rolling landscape in the Lutterzand is varied with whimsical flying pines, deciduous trees, junipers, sand drifts and heaths. An experience every season! The river Dinkel meanders through the Lutterzand with its fantastic sandy stretches and embankments. The Dinkel attracts many birds, including the bank swallow and the kingfisher. It is great to paddle in the Dinkel and with nice weather you can even swim. For the dog, there is a large dog play area at the water's edge. Well-marked hiking trails and bike paths ensure that you can fully enjoy and relax in this great piece of nature. Within walking distance of the nature house are some cozy restaurants with playgrounds or mini-golf courses. In the nearby towns of De Lutte and Denekamp you will find stores and bicycle rental. The tourist office is located in De Lutte.
