Nature house in Amsterdam

One of seven wooden lodges found in the green hem of Amsterdam, nicely detached in a wild polder landscape. You find yourself surrounded by native bushes, flowers and plants, willows and fruit trees and wide ditches with thick reeds. The large terrace floating above the landscape offers you maximum privacy and a beautiful (elevated) view. For the really hot days there are tubs and garden hoses with nice fresh tap water. BBQs, jeu de boules balls, bicycles and canoes can be borrowed or rented for sympathetic amounts. And of course: you are also close to the city with its canals and museums. Your lodges is equipped with everything you need: a complete kitchen, bed linen, towels. Suitable for up to four adults (one double bed, two single beds) € 20 per guest extra. Luxury sanitary facilities, separate toilet, wifi but nice no TV. Contactless stay is possible - the Lodge Team is of course (remotely) around to service you....

Kitchen gardens, picking gardens, sheep, herbs, honey and bees: the Gardens of West are a Valhalla for everyone who loves the polder, fresh vegetables and flowers, playing outside, canoeing, running, fire-burning and cycling. Bikes, canoes and scooters can be borrowed and rented at the reception for small amounts or for nothing. A nice ecological store can be found in the Fruit Garden, about 300 meters walk from your lodge. Picking your own fruit and collecting eggs can also be done there. Other stores and supermarkets are within easy reach by bike (or car). You can cycle to the heart of Amsterdam in 30 minutes, but Haarlem, Zandvoort, Bloemendaal, Spaarnwoude recreation park and the Amsterdam forest are also within easy reach. On the public parking lot opposite the park you can park for free - with the wagon or wheelbarrow you can bring your stuff over the winding path to your lodge. Welcome!
