The nature house is a modern, non-smoking, two-person cottage in Twente on the edge of the Buurserzand (after consultation, a baby to 12 months possible, however, no facilities) The living room has an open kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee table and include microwave / oven and Senseo. When cold you put the pellet stove on. You overlook the pool and large garden. Windows and doors have mosquito nets. The landlords live in the main house. This means that you will run into each other on the property. The nature house has its own entrance, parking and a bike shed with charging station. Pets are not allowed. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy hiking and cycling. From June to September you can enjoy the heated swimming pool. Sauna €39.00 (max.2 1/2 hours) Book on the spot. It is mainly a place for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Stay: long weekend 3 nights, midweek 4 nights, 1 or 2 weeks 7 or 14 nights.
Nature and surroundings
The area around the nature house is fascinating and versatile! The Witteveen, the Haaksbergerveen (sheep herd) and the Buurserzand form a contiguous nature reserve. The Buursermeerje is a romantic spot for a picnic. After a five-minute walk you are in front of De Wakel, the information center on the Buurserzand. Here is the Twente bicycle junction 47. The Haarmühle, a water mill and restaurant, is just across the border in Germany. Besides nature, you can also enjoy cultural excursions. A visit to the Enschede district of Roombeek, the TwentseWelle and the Rijksmuseum Twenthe is worthwhile. From Haaksbergen, a ride on the steam train to Boekelo is an experience. A visit to Delden with Twickel Castle is unforgettable. The Kateeker is a short distance from Military Boekelo. Recreation park Het Rutbeek with Freshtival, among others, is 10 minutes by bike. A short distance away are all kinds of restaurants and other places where you can eat delicious food.
