Nature house in Wateren (Westerveld)

House on a small park with almost 3000 m² of land completely fenced. Ideal for parents with children and/or grandchildren, bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor. On the first floor is a second bathroom with toilet. There are five bedrooms and a small room with single bed and crib. All floors are laminate / parquet or tile. However, there are rugs on the floor. The main bedroom has a bed of 1.60m, bed settee and an adjoining room with a crib and a 0.90 m bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a 1.60m bed. The third bedroom upstairs has a 1.40m bed. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor with a bed of 1.40m on this floor is a bathroom with toilet. The 5th bedroom has a bunk bed. The upper bed is 90 cm wide, the lower bed 1.40 m. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and washing machine, dryer and freezer, filter coffee, Senseo and cup coffee maker and microwave.

The vacation home is located in the Drents- Friese Wold. In the Park Dwingelderveld is the bird-rich peat bog Holtveen, with Holtveenroute. The Doldersummerveld is a vast moorland reserve with 110 breeding bird species such as quail partridge and yellow wagtail. You can walk straight into this area from my house. In Lake Canada can be played and sailed (with good water quality with control), there is also a lake especially for dogs and horses. There is also a large sand drift there with unique bird population including the plover. There is a bicycle cross trail and an equestrian trail. For children there is crib, high chair and toys. There is a playhouse with climbing rope and climbing stones, a trampoline, a climbing frame made of car tires, a sandbox under a tree, a tree chair, a climbing mountain and a children's garden seat. For older children there is enough space to play tennis, soccer, swing, etc . Fully fenced garden so children and pets stay inside the fence.
