In the heart of Salland (Overijssel) lies this beautiful bakery. The nature house dates from 1923 and the front part (now the kitchen) used to bake bread, do laundry, cook fodder and live in it during the summer. The rear part served as a pigsty. In 2011 it was completely renovated and adapted as vacation accommodation for two to four people. The first floor has a spacious kitchen with every opportunity for cooking, a bathroom with washing machine, a cozy living room with an authentic look and a sleeping corner with sofa bed for two persons. A fixed staircase in the living room leads you upstairs to the bedroom, which can accommodate two people. You can also use the WiFi connection for free. The nature house has a private driveway and a small garden with seating area. Also, the hosts offer the possibility of renting horse stables, so you can vacation with your horse.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the heart of Salland. In Salland you will find a wide variety of landscapes. The western border is formed by the beautiful floodplains of the river IJssel. The eastern border is formed by the National Park De Sallandse Heuvelrug, an enchantingly beautiful area with vast forests, hills and moors. The small-scale coulisse landscape in between, with old estates and manor houses, ensure that both hikers and cyclists get their money's worth. Would you like to know what a large part of Salland looked like until the end of the 19th century? Then take a walk through the Boetelerveld. It is within walking distance of the nature house. During the walk you will experience space and deep peace. Start the day with a freshly laid egg for breakfast and a view of cows in the meadow and chickens scurrying around the cottage. The cottage is a stone's throw from Raalte, Nijverdal and the historic Hanseatic cities of Zwolle and Deventer.

Fijn huisje, alles was aanwezig
Heerlijk, we woonden een weekje midden tussen de boerderijen.

Superfijn huisje dat gezellig is ongericht. Verder is het van alle gemakken voorzien.

Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Is in uitstekende staat en de bedden waren lekker zacht. Er zijn een aantal plekken buiten waar je lekker kunt zitten en een boom die je op zonnige dagen ook wat schaduw kan bieden.
Het huisje is omringt met weides en het hezellige gemoe van wat koeien. Het ligt aan een weg met voornamelijk landbouwverkeer en verderweg ligt een autoweg. Briden heb je weinig last van.
