This nature house (with private bathroom) is a beautiful, wooden chalet located in a beautiful, quiet location in Salland with spacious views over meadows with horses. Pets are welcome here! The nature house is completely free near a (quiet) boarding stable with horses and small-scale camping spots (max 12). Plenty of walking, cycling and riding routes, such as the Art Cycle Route, the Frog Route, the Four Churches Route or the Oostermaatroute. The elevated veranda around the chalet makes it possible to enjoy the view. The car can be parked in the parking lot near the cottage. In the chalet is 1 bedroom with double bed, in the room is a sofa bed. Under sheet, pillows and 1-person comforters available. Bed linen / kitchen towels may be rented. Around the porch is mesh so your dog can not walk off (height 80cm), behind the chalet is a "private" piece of fenced garden. The chalet is not on a park, so you can enjoy plenty of peace and quiet.

From the chalet you can walk, cycle or drive straight into the woods of Landgoed Oostermaat. Eight kilometers from the nature house is Deventer Koekstad (located on the river IJssel) with its historic city center, rich in beautiful historic buildings that you can also admire via a city walk. National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug is 6.5 kilometers away, where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape. In the middle of this landscape are several restaurants, among others at Woodys they have a paddock especially for the horse lover where you can just put your horse down, while enjoying a nice cup of coffee or lunch (with a view of your horse). You can also visit a Nature Museum or the Canadian Cemetery.
