At this nature house you will discover what it is like to live in a nostalgic mobile home. Just completely back to basics enjoying the tranquility and nature. The nature house stands on a spacious spot on an old estate characterized by the many old deciduous trees. On the site is a quiet little pond surrounded by forest. Through the covered balcony you enter the mobile home. The nature house consists of a cozy room with a bunk bed for four people, a wood stove, a dining table and a kitchenette with electric stove and refrigerator. Outside in the spacious clearing is a dining table with chairs and furthermore you can cozy a campfire. Showers and normal toilets are a few minutes' walk away. You can bring a pet.

The nature house is located in the middle of the Hondsrug and is ideally suited for the nature lover who loves peace and quiet. There is an extensive network of cycling, equestrian and hiking trails. A varied nature and picturesque villages make it complete. Stores are a 10-minute drive away in Rolde, Borger and Grolloo. There is plenty to do around the private forest. In the vicinity are beautiful cycling and walking routes. In Assen starts one of the Happen & Trappen bicycle routes. Furthermore, the estate is located halfway along the walking route Rolde-Schoonoord of the Pieterpad. A few kilometers away you will find the Boomkroonpad. In Emmen is the Wildlands zoo, which is about a half hour drive from the nature house.
