The cottage consists of a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed, lots of closet space, light, mirrors and (Dutch) books. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, dining table, cupboard space, all necessary pans and other kitchen items, cooking magazines and a beautiful view of the beautiful valley. In addition, you will find a cozy sitting room with fireplace, sofa bed and comfortable chairs where you can retreat with a book. If you want to use the apartment with more than two people, the sofa bed serves as an extra bed. This sofa bed is suitable for one adult or two children. It is also possible to have a crib placed in the bedroom. Finally, a narrow spiral staircase leads to the colorful bathroom with toilet, sink and wood-fired boiler for hot water for the shower. Outside you will find a cozy sitting area with table, benches and sun chairs.

To begin with, there is of course the reservoir four kilometers from the estate. Here you can have a great time in and around the cleanest reservoir in Europe. On this beautiful lake are picturesque villages, such as Foz de Alge and a little further away Dornes, where you can combine a visit to the village with an afternoon lazing by the water. In a radius of 40 kilometers around the nature house there are dozens of beautiful river pools, where by building a dam in a stream they have created a natural pool. These are usually located in beautiful, natural places and in the summer months are a wonderful day out for young and old alike! For walks in the area, the hosts are happy to refer you to the detailed hiking routes, from half an hour to five hours, around the property. Most of the routes are described and marked, and you can borrow a description and accompanying hiking map from them.
