The idyllically located, new, luxury nature house is located at the end of a (private) country road and has a breathtaking view. Here you can enjoy nature in peace and quiet. The detached house is located at the southernmost tip of the Netherlands, right on the border with Belgium. A 500 meter long country road brings you to this detached house. The road is only accessible to hikers and local traffic. The beautiful, new house, built by the landlords themselves in 2016, is spacious and offers enough space to welcome four people. From every room you have a panoramic view of the South Limburg Hill Country. The luxurious house as well as the lovely garden guarantee an unforgettable stay in this formidable, quiet house. The nature house has free Wi-Fi. Smoking is prohibited. Because many people are allergic to pets, they are unfortunately not allowed. This nature house can also be booked for two persons under house code 33901.
Nature and surroundings
You are staying in the outskirts of the picturesque village of Epen and you are only a few steps away from the Burgundian, Belgian (French-speaking) village of Sippenaeken. For hikers, cyclists and nature lovers, this is a true paradise. In the lovely private garden you can relax and socialize in one of the beautiful sun or shade spots. The sheltered terrace at the back of the house gives you privacy, on the front terrace you have a beautiful view. Of course you can also choose to relax in the lounge set on the covered lounge terrace. All facilities (two dining areas, lounge set, lounge chairs and electric barbecue) allow you to fully enjoy this beautiful, rural, romantic garden. A lockable garden house serves as (bicycle) storage.

Prachtige natuur, wandelen en fietsen naar harte lust. In het vakantiehuisje liggen veel wandelroutes om op oad te gaan
