Wij hebben geen paard gereden en niet gemountainbiked, maar dat kun je vanaf hier ook perfect doen (manege ligt tegenover de molen). Vissen ook niet gedaan, maar wel vlakbij een forelvisserij sws. We hrbben geen hond, maar begreep van Lieve dat je die wel mee kan nemen. Ook hebben we niet gevaren, geen idee of daar vlakbij mogelijkheden toe zijn.It was wonderful!!!! Het was er heeeerlijk!!!! Het is er rustig, de tuin is één grote belevenis: er groeien allerlei (wilde) bloemen, dahlia's, zonnebloemen etc. Daarnaast hebben we er egeltjes gezien en.... 3 bevers tegelijk in het waterstroompje naast de tuin. Verder allerlei soorten vogels die je hoort als je wakker wordt.
Het huisje zelf was ruim, keurig netjes, van alles voorzien en gastvrouw Lieve..... tsja, die doet gewoon haar naam eer aan! Wat een lieverd is die vrouw! Niets is haar teveel, ze is totaal niet opdringerig, maar wel positief aanwezig. Haar ontbijtjes zijn heerlijk en natuurlijk. Vanaf deze plek loop je zo het bos in waar diverse wandelingen lopen.
