Nature house in Konjic

This nature house is located on Boracko Lake, in the mountains near the town of Konjic. Four sustainable cottages are located in the forest, 200 meters from one of the lake's straddles. The cottages are scattered on a lovely, sunny mountainside. The design of the houses takes into account the views, simplicity, durability of materials and comfort in the different rooms. Lots of light, beautiful views of the mountains and water were the starting points for the design. Use of sustainable (local) materials was and is the philosophy behind the whole project. The furniture was also made by local furniture makers, partly by reusing leftovers. Cooking goes with the seasons; there is a small vegetable garden with delicious fruits and vegetables. Curious what previous guests thought of the nature house? It turned out to be a wonderful vacation! Great weather, beautiful nature, delicious food, friendly people and many activities that can be arranged for you, such as fly fishing, rafting, city walk and titobunker. All freedom to do or not do anything, in consultation everything is possible, including meals and meal times. We haven't forgotten the delicious trout...".

The nature house area is right on the border of Mediterranean and continental climate. For example, if you walk from the cottage to Mostar, you will see rocks and sparse vegetation on one side of the mountain and forested mountains on the other. Hiking through Herzegovina's picturesque villages or pristine nature is a great way to really get to know the country. Narrow paths connect beautiful valleys and authentic mountain villages, where hospitable Bosnians will warmly welcome you. The Neretva River raft is an unforgettable experience not to be missed during your visit to this nature house. During this trip you imagine yourself for a while among the beautiful, unspoiled nature, small beaches and deep gorges. During the raft you can take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear water or enjoy a delicious barbecue that will be prepared on a small beach by the water. A must for every nature lover and adventurer!
