Nature house with sea view, perfect for a quiet holiday. The cottage is located in a small, rural village south of Orosei. It is surrounded by olive trees and you have a beautiful view of the sea. The cottage is particularly suitable for relaxing and enjoying the sea. In the residence there are two comfortable bungalows, each consisting of two adjacent tasteful accommodation units. The terrace is divided into two halves by a dividing wall. Thanks to the ventilated location, the nature houses have a comfortable temperature during the summer months. Therefore there's no air conditioning available. A small electric heater can be installed on request at an additional cost. Around the bungalow you'll find an approximately 4500 m² large enclosed property, planted with olive and almond trees. The garden is a great place to walk under the trees and to enjoy the peace. Children can play undisturbed. There is a characteristic, brick barbecue for common use. Firewood for the barbecue is provided. Parking space for cars is available on site.
