Nature house in Cabeca Alta

This nature house is one of four accommodations on the main property. Each are unique accommodations with lots of privacy for young and old in direct connection with nature. It is located in the Japanese garden and has two bedrooms, a sitting room and a large, fully furnished, semi-covered terrace. Right next to the nature house is a wooden outbuilding with kitchen, sitting/dining room and bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet. For children there is a playing field with outdoor toys, trampoline, play area for teenagers, a tree house and the heated swimming pool. All accommodations have a kitchen or kitchenette, so you don't have to eat out every day, which is nice with children. An indonesian evening is organized during the summer. Nearby there are cozy and inexpensive traditional Portuguese restaurants and to grab a terrace at the beach, which is only 20 minutes away.

Here you will completely relax and become one with nature again. During the day from your lazy lounger, you can hear the frogs and sheep in the distance and see the birds of prey thermalling. With the hosts' bird watching list, you can check which bird sings so beautifully or has beautiful feathers. At night, it's dark enough here to enjoy breathtaking starry skies and spot tawny owls and bats.... As many as 18 marked walks in the nearby Serra d'aire e Candeeiros Natural Park, beautiful sandy beaches 20 minutes away and Portugal's largest cork oak forest, Mata das Mestras, almost right on your doorstep. Many outdoor sports possibilities, from cycling to (bodyboard) surfing. Furthermore, the city park of Caldas da Rainha in English landscape style is a must, as well as the park Buddha Eden (largest European Oriental garden in Bombarral) and the Dinosaur amusement park in Lourinha at 40 minutes from the nature house.
