Nature house in Diffelen

You can't get any closer to nature. Those who stay in this sustainable nature house sleep under the stars and experience the connection with nature all around. This sturdy nature house is located on the edge of a small nature campsite in Diffelen. It has a wide view of farmlands and the forests of Hardenberg. Take your binoculars with you, because chances are good that you will see roe deer or perhaps badgers or other wildlife at dusk. The indoor and outdoor experience merge seamlessly because of the large amount of glass, even in the roof. The terrace is also covered with glass, so that you can still be outside in rainy weather. The nature house is single-story, attractively furnished for four people and is equipped with a pellet stove. It has a fully equipped kitchen, sitting and lounge area, two sleeping areas and a modern shower with toilet. The beds (one double and one connected bunk bed) have comfortable pillows and four-season comforters. A private hot tub and/or a mobile wood-fired sauna can be used for a fee. During school vacations, bread service and farmhouse ice cream is available on site. Free Wi-Fi available.

In the Overijsselse Vechtdal, right from the nature house, there are several beautiful hiking and cycling routes, such as the Pieterpad, the Vechtdalpad, the ATB mountain bike route, the hiking network, the junction routes from number 58 and of course the 14 kilometer Rheezerrondje present. But also geocaching or canoeing are among the nearby possibilities. At the edge in the Staatsbos is within walking distance the freely accessible recreational and swimming pond De Oldemeyer. Diffelen is located in the middle of the tourist towns of Hardenberg and Ommen, where you can eat delectably of the countryside in several restaurants. For the whole family, a visit to the Nature Activity Center De Koppel, the Tourist Information Point, the Carnation Points and the local produce store De Baander is well worthwhile.
