The nature house can accommodate eight people. The sofas can also be converted into four beds. The accommodation (the lower level of the house), which is approximately 150 m², consists of three bedrooms: one with a double bed, a second with a bunk bed for three people, and a third bedroom also with a bunk bed for three people. There are also two bathrooms: one large bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink, and a small bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink. The open kitchen in the living room is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, range hood, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and freezer. The living room has two sofa beds and a television. There is also a large summer kitchen that offers direct access to the covered terrace. This kitchen has a large table that seats 12 people, a gas stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a fireplace, and a washing machine.

The detached house—of which you’ll have the lower level to yourself—is situated on a hillside and nestled peacefully among vineyards and olive groves, just 500 meters from the village of Cavaion (VR) and 3.2 kilometers from Lake Garda.
