This charming Tiny house is tucked away in the countryside, right in the heart of Straten—one of the oldest and most beautiful hamlets in Oirschot, designated a protected village landscape. The cottage was recently built using sustainable, authentic materials and is equipped with every comfort: a comfortable bed, a private kitchenette, and a bathroom. You’ll receive a warm welcome here at our small-scale country estate. Sleep soundly and wake up refreshed in the Brabant countryside: enjoy the peace, the space, and the scent of the outdoors. During the day, explore the surroundings; at night, drift off to sleep under a starry sky. The historic center of Oirschot, with its cozy outdoor cafes, monuments, and shops, is just ten minutes away.
Nature and surroundings
Buitengoed de Bollen is the ideal base for nature lovers. Just around the corner are beautiful nature reserves such as De Mortelen, De Kampina, the Baest Estate, the Beerzedal, and the Oirschotse Heide—featuring Brabant’s most beautiful hiking and biking trails, winding through forests, heathlands, and stream valleys. You can step right out of your cottage and into nature. The nature house is centrally located within the triangle formed by Eindhoven, Tilburg, and 's-Hertogenbosch, making it ideal for a day of city sightseeing, culture, or shopping. The Efteling theme park and Beekse Bergen Safari Park are also just a short distance away. Thanks to its location near Eindhoven Airport, the A2 and A58 highways, and the Best train station, you can get there quickly and easily.

Een mooi ingericht en knus huisje. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Je mag hout pakken voor de kachel, super! We werden hartelijk ontvangen!
Veel natuur op loop en fietsafstand!

Ziet er mooi uit. De tv is een smart tv waarop je makkelijk Netflix kan kijken. De grote koelkast is heel groot, super fijn. De buitenhaard is echt een fijne toevoeging.
Het was mooi. Wel hoor je vliegtuigen en helikopters.
