If you love peace, space (1080 m2) and outdoor living, then this nature house, located on a small-scale bungalow park (no playground, swimming pool or parking lots present) in Geesbrug is ideal for you! The nature house is located in nature reserve. The Geeserstroom, the Staatsbossen and the vast heathland De Hooge Stoep. From the nature house you walk directly into the nature reserve! The bungalow (car on private property) is situated in the middle of a woodland garden with three terraces. The stylishly decorated bungalow has an L-shaped open and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a living room and two bedrooms (one large bedroom and one small one), making this bungalow best suited for three adults. It has a small but neat bathroom/shower/toilet area. The nature house is less suitable for wheelchair use. WiFi and television are provided. It is a bright bungalow with many windows. You will also find a sliding door with mosquito screen, which is very convenient! The bungalow is well heated, in autumn and winter you use the cozy wood stove as main heating and the central heating as auxiliary heating.

The surroundings are perfect for a vacation where you can completely unwind. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy walking, running and / or cycling in the woods or take a look at the characteristic and ancient Gees (3.5 km) in Drenthe. Gees is a beautiful esdorp with many Saxon farms, truly a picturesque village with many beautiful, culture-historical farms and old streets! And how about a visit to the sculpture garden in Gees or the famous ice cream parlor Talenti? Within biking distance are the characteristic Drenthe villages of Oosterhesselen (seven kilometers), Meppen, Dalen and Aalden, as well as the Mekeler Lake (ideal for beautiful photos) in the moorland De Hooge Stoep near the bungalow. The garden of the nature house and its natural surroundings are a wonderful opportunity for birdwatchers to spot special bird species.
