This nature house is equipped with every imaginable convenience. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. All rooms open onto a central hall. The cozy interior is upholstered in warm colors. The floors have underfloor heating throughout the apartment. In the living room, in addition to the furniture, there is a television and a radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in four-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the other bedroom there are two single beds. In both bedrooms there are spacious wardrobes. Both the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are equipped with the necessary linen. There is a washing machine in the indoor bicycle shed.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on the edge of the nature reserve Boetelerveld, in the triangle Zwolle/Deventer/Almelo. The Boetelerveld is a remaining piece of nature that escaped exploitation. The reserve is 170 hectares and consists of beautiful vistas, wet moors, forests, several pools and the pipe straw that grows rampantly in the drylands and where the Scottish Highlanders graze. A short distance away is the famous vast forest "the Sallandse Heuvelrug". It is a large forest area where one can still find very rare plants and animals, the unique piece of natural beauty where the grouse have their nesting grounds. A 15-minute drive away are the Holterberg and the Lemelerberg. Suddenly you are in the middle of nature. The contrast with the surrounding farmland is great. Various cycling and hiking routes are available at the cottage.
