It is wonderful to unwind in this cozy, completely free and single, wooden chalet (60 m²) with large woodland garden (3500 m²) directly adjacent to a large forest on the Brabantse Wal under Hoogerheide. Once owned by Natuurmonumenten, this place offers relaxation and beautiful views over the woods and farmland. From the large woodland garden you can walk straight into the woods containing several mountain bike routes. The cottage has its own driveway, a cozy living room with fireplace and open kitchen. A large dining table and doors to the terrace with large picnic table provide even more beautiful views. All around terrace so you can always enjoy the sun. A lawn in the middle of the woodland garden offers plenty of room to play, including a hammock. In the 2 bedrooms you will find two beds (switchable) and a double bed respectively. The bathroom is simple but functional with shower stall, sink and toilet. The exterior has been tastefully renovated with durable wood.

Lying on the edge of the Brabantse Abdijbossen you wake up here with only bird sounds and walk from this 100% detached nature house directly kilometers into the forest. Or cycle from the cycling junction at the end of the dirt road into the rolling natural landscape of the Brabantse Wal and enjoy fine restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The Kalmthoutse Heide is just under five kilometers away on foot. Take a trip to Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges or the islands of Zeeland. The cottage is surprisingly central for fun activities. A folder with tourist cycling and hiking routes is waiting for you. The large woodland garden offers peace and quiet and is a wonderful playground for children. The reception of the 4G network there is excellent but in terms of WiFi and television, the cottage is too remote. Our advice is to mainly unwind here with a good book, music (CDs and sound system + DAB radio are provided), games (bring your own) and relax.
