This nature house is a luxurious and modern vacation home with outdoor pool in the Brabant countryside. The landlords have a passion for art and spatial design, the use of glass, steel and concrete combined with contemporary furniture pieces make it a unique place. The large, glass frontage at the front offers a view of the golf course, from the nature house you can make beautiful walking or cycling trips. The living room has modern furnishings with a fireplace (wood for a fee) and access to the terrace. A natural awning provides privacy. Open kitchen with concrete worktop, Nespresso machine (bring your own cups) and Quooker. Stairs lead down to the bedrooms and a second terrace. The staircase is lockable in the living room. Deposit of €750 must be paid in advance to Droomvilla, you will receive an invoice for this after booking.
Nature and surroundings
There are several terraces. The terrace by the living room has an open fence with steel wire. Through the master bedroom downstairs, you access another terrace with two lounge chairs and a lounge set. Here there is also a concrete outdoor (lounging) bath and a wood-fired hot tub (wood for a fee). An outdoor staircase connects both terraces. Due to the open stairs and a partially open fence on one of the terraces, the house is not suitable for small children. Baby bed (+ sheet, blanket and towel) and high chair must be brought by yourself. The nature house is located on an estate that also includes an 18-hole golf course and Spa One. The house is not part of the new bungalow park. You can go hiking, biking, golfing and mountain biking. The house is not rented to young people. This location may not be used for parties, photo , film or video shoots or commercial purposes without consultation. In case of violation, a fine of € 3000 per day will be charged.

Heerlijke luxe en zeer ruimtelijk opgezet
Zeker met de sneeuw over het glooiend landschap was een heerlijk uitzicht.

Fantastisch huis in een mooie omgeving met uitzicht op de golfbaan.
Groene omgeving, jammer dat je in het nabijgelegen Houtse meer niet kunt zwemmen. In de bomen voor het huisje zaten vaak eekhoorns.
