This nature house is a newly built, vacation home for four people, with two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and living/dining room. It has a private terrace with table, garden chairs and parasol, garden plus the common garden (40000 m²) and swimming pool (7 by 12 meters) with lots of privacy and several relaxation possibilities.

The nature house offers something for everyone and is located in the Abruzzo region. This is a piece of unspoiled, pure Italy, framed by the clear blue Adriatic coast with the magical Apennines as a backdrop. An experience never to be forgotten! The cottage is located three kilometers outside the town of Montebello di Bertona in the Abruzzo region, in the middle of the magnificent nature reserve of the Gran Sasso, culminating in the Campo Imperatore, where you can take beautiful hiking or biking trips. You can also enjoy a wonderful day at the beach on the beautiful sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea.

Xander April 20, 2019 General rating:Het is heerlijk comfortabel huis met een moderne inrichting en voorzien van alle denkbare gemakken waaronder een zwembad. Alles in prima staat en lijkt hagelnieuw. Ook erg schoon.
De Nederlandse eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en emorm hulpvaardig. Ze hebben veel kennis over de omgeving en wat er doen en delen dit graag.
Top ervaring gehad.Nature, peace & environment:Prachtig wijds em groen uitzicht. Veel vogels en hebben vlakbij een hert en stekelvarken gezien.
