This characterful nature house can accommodate 15 adults, comfortable and well cared for. This property is located on a one-hectare estate and consists of two fully furnished houses (also rentable separately). The nature house has a living area on the second floor with a beautiful view over a hilly landscape. Outside is the covered wooden terrace, lounger and Weber barbecue. The kitchens are very spacious with boretti stove with large gas oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher coffee maker and very well equipped kitchen utensils. Ideal for the amateur cook. The mezzanine in the living area is accessible via a spiral staircase and can be used as a reading or sleeping area (pull-out couch, good quality). In the living area there is a large dining table with eight chairs as well as a sitting area around the wood stove. The house is very cozy, country-style furnished with solid wood planks in every room. On the second floor there is also the laundry room (sink, washing machine, dryer, drying rack) and the toilet. A wooden staircase takes you to the ground floor where there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The swimming pool, hot tube, sauna, ping-pong table, pénaque court, playground are all at your disposal.
