This cottage (60 m2) is located in the yard of a small farm in the middle of nowhere, among the fields, on the edge of the forest. On the first floor is a cozy living area including a kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and combi-oven, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. Upstairs there is a loft with two beds. The first floor has floor heating and is wheelchair friendly. There is also a nice garden with a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun even in winter.
Nature and surroundings
In the forest across the street, your walk can begin immediately. There are also many wooden shoe paths and bicycle routes. From the garden of the cottage you can see beautiful skies and birds of prey hovering over the forest and farmlands. In the evening while enjoying the beautiful starry sky you can hear the call of the owl. The nature cottage is located in the rural area on the border of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and Gelderse Vallei. Near the beautiful village of De Glind on the border of Utrecht and Gelderland. The Hoge Veluwe is 20 km. away with just a little further away the Posbank. The Oostvaardersplassen are also within easy reach from here. And of course make a stop in the beautiful Spakenburg, Nijkerk, Harderwijk or Elburg. Dierenpark Amersfoort and Ouwehands Zoo are also well worth a visit. As well as the many estates and castles in the area and the visitor center of the Grebbelinie part of the Hollande waterline.
