Nature house in Well

The cottage is still in rental until 1/3/2023. Beautiful, renovated, detached farmhouse to the nature Maasduinen, incl heated pool (10x5 m) open from June 1 to late September. Then, weather permitting, until October 15 (fee). There is also a jacuzzi. Dogs (>3 by arrangement) and/or horses are welcome. There are five stables on the property (see other costs €15 per night per horse). The cottage is located directly on the beautiful nature reserve De Maasduinen. You walk, bike or horse directly into the forest. The cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen and a pantry. There is also one crib, one dresser and one highchair. There is also a separate guest house with seating, a double bed and a bathroom. On-site parking. For the little ones there is a fully fenced lawn with playground equipment. There is a table tennis table, shuffleboard, BBQ. NO rental to persons under 30 years old.

In National Park De Maasduinen you will find peace, space, friendliness, sportsmanship and, above all, a beautiful, rolling landscape to enjoy. You will find trees, dunes and small fens. The national park and its surroundings lend themselves perfectly to beautiful walks, varied bicycle tours, spectacular mountain bike routes and extensive bridle and horseback riding routes. For the water sports enthusiast, the nearby Leuker Lake with its marina and beach offers various possibilities. There are two golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Arcen with its famous castle gardens and thermal spa/spas are nearby. A visit to beer brewery Hertog Jan is also possible. In Twisteden (Germany) from the apartment 10 minutes by car is the children's play park Irland where only for a few euros the children will have the day of their lives. In Sevenum you will find amusement park Toverland where even in bad weather the children can enjoy themselves in all kinds of areas.
