This nature house is one of the Bed and Breakfast rooms. The cottage is detached and has a bedroom, a sitting room and a bathroom suitable for disabled people. It also has a private garden with a nice view of the rest of the complex. The bedroom has a double bed and it is possible to put a baby bed in the adjacent sitting room. A possible extra bed for a child up to 12 years old is also among the possibilities. The cottage is completely detached from the other B&B rooms, but all amenities such as the breakfast/sitting room and the ecological swimming pond are close by. For the disabled, the car can drive up to the cottage and there is an easily accessible path to the cottage for a wheelchair. The prices as listed in the price table include breakfast, coffee and tea throughout the stay and tax. The room does not have a kitchen, but is a real B&B room.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in a quiet, wooded area. A day trip to the old university city of Coimbra and the slightly more northern Viseu is definitely recommended. These are an hour's drive away from the cottage. A day trip to the Serra de Estrela National Park or the Caramulo Mountains is also worthwhile. It is located in a beautiful hiking area which includes walks starting from the Quinta.
