The nature house consists of a cozy living room with sitting area and dining area. There is radio and television. The open kitchen is fully equipped no oven, but microwave The cottage is heated by means of a gas wall heater. In the bathroom heating, shower, sink and toilet In one bedroom there are two single beds and in the other bedroom a double bed. Max. 3 pers. + 1 child. Pillows and comforters are provided. You can rent bed linen through the hosts or bring your own. Outside on the terrace a table with four chairs and pillows. This house has Wifi. There are a total of two vacation homes in the yard. This nature house is detached. Both cottages have their own entrance and are sufficiently far from each other and not overlooked so you experience optimal privacy. The cottages have their own terrace + parking space and a large garden (2000 m²). No cats for allergy reasons. Lockable shed for bicycles.
Nature and surroundings
Next to the garden begin the bicycle path and a dirt road and about 300 meters away begins the forest, forestry Sleenerzand, a beautiful nature reserve where sheep walk. All year round this is an ideal area for people who love peace and quiet. There are many beautiful cycling and walking routes in the immediate vicinity which are also well maintained in winter. De Kiel is a small village in Drenthe, located on the Hondsrug route. De Kiel is centrally located between Emmen (17 kilometers) and Assen (22 kilometers). Bus line 21 to Emmen or Assen stops at the main road (2 min. walk). Villages such as Borger, Orvelte, Westerbork, Schoonoord, Meppen and Zweeloo are close by. Here you will also find the Mantingerveld, a beautiful nature reserve for lovely walks. At 7 km. the Loomeer, in the forest with beach, grass field and is purified. At 2 km. the outdoor museum Ellert and Brammert. Borger (the hunebeddorp) 11 km.
