A lovely cottage overlooking rolling meadows where horses regularly roam. Located on many hiking and biking trails in the wooded community of Zutendaal, this cottage is an ideal starting point for experiencing nature. Inside, the two-person cottage is fully equipped: spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, lovely corner sofa and rocking chair. The decor is partly vintage with antiques and special trinkets here and there. Of course there is WiFi in the cottage and there are hiking and cycling maps to explore the area. At the front is a covered porch and there is a picnic table among the trees. At the back is a fire pit for a cozy campfire. The outside of this cottage is somewhat dated and deserves a lick of paint, however, inside this cottage is completely fine. We would love to welcome you to our authentic cottage!
Nature and surroundings
The nature house stands on a private plot of 1,000 m² located on a quiet street. This forest plot is located in the rural area of the municipality of Zutendaal, on the transition between forest and meadows. This cottage is this the perfect base to go into nature, you walk straight into the forest. Visitor center the Lieteberg is within walking distance and National Park the Hoge Kempen is nearby. Maastricht with 20 minutes in the car is also around the corner.
