This nature house is cozy, detached, suitable for two people and stands on the edge of the ash village of Exloo, on the Drenthe Hondsrug, amidst forest and heath. The nature house is in the yard of a thatched farmhouse, but has its own parking and private entrance, as well as a private terrace. Through the hall you enter the bedroom with a double bed, the shower/toilet room, as well as the living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The cottage has cable television and free Wi-Fi. In the village there is a bakery, a supermarket and several restaurants. In 10 car minutes you are in the center of Emmen, which includes Wildlands Zoo. Or go to Assen, 25 car minutes away, which is also a possibility. Bicycle rental is available in the neighboring village of Odoorn (three kilometers). Pets? You can. Maximum one dog; otherwise by arrangement. Useful for guests traveling by public transport: the bus stops 1 min walk from the cottage.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in a beautiful, very wooded area, 250 meters from the heath called the Molenveld, and from the accommodation you can enjoy the tranquility and the surroundings directly via beautiful cycling and walking routes. Within walking distance of the nature house is one of the many dolmens in Drenthe. For a day of shopping you can go to Emmen, Assen or Groningen. All within a maximum travel time of 45 minutes. Bicycle rental is available in the neighboring village of Odoorn (three kilometers).
