Nature house in Vernerice

Welcome to this beautiful nature house named after the highest point near the farmhouse. The farmhouse is situated on a plot of 2500 m², in the nature reserve Ceske Stredohori in North Bohemia near Vernerice, a town 15 kilometers south of Decin and 15 kilometers east of Usti nad Labem. The distance to tourist attractions such as Dresden and Prague is about 80 kilometers. The distance from the Dutch border is about 650 kilometers. Since the new highway between Dresden and Prague has been opened since the beginning of 2007, the travel time from the Dutch border is about six hours. The farmhouse is very rural with lots of peace and comfort and is ideal for one or two families, given its capacity of 12 people. One can enjoy hiking or biking in the forests in the immediate vicinity of the farmhouse. The river Elbe flows five kilometers away and offers beautiful views and fishing opportunities. The farmstead can also be booked for seven people under house code 32655.

The nature house is very central for various excursions. Above Decin is Czech Switzerland with all kinds of sandstone formations and vast forests. Further east lie the Giant Mountains and Cesky Raj, or Bohemian Paradise, which are definitely worth a visit to admire all the natural beauty. The towns of Decin and Usti nad Labem boast sights and offer a variety of restaurants, stores and supermarkets. Terezin or Theresienstadt, the former concentration camp about 25 kilometers away, definitely deserves a visit. Litomerice as a nice town is located five kilometers from Terezin.
