At the back and front is a large conservatory overlooking the beautiful garden and a nature reserve where you will regularly spot deer. The cottage has a spacious living room, a semi-open kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom, a toilet and a bedroom with a bunk bed (for children) on the ground floor. The upper floor has two spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds. In the large, enclosed garden, children and pets can play happily. It is decorated with a nod to grandmother's time, but with the comforts of today, the conservatory behind the house is modern and light.In this place you can really relax and experience the silence, see the farmers working in the fields or spotting wildlife and many birds.The village is located just a few kilometers from Germany and fifteen minutes from Emmen with its beautiful forests, the Emmer Dennen, with the largest remaining dolmen, the woods in Ter Apel with the beautiful medieval monastery, you can go to the beautiful nature reserve Bargerveen, the Groningen Westerwolde area and from the cottage you can walk the dog into the adjacent nature reserve for a nice walk.
