Nature house in Liempde

Lots of potential, probably fine for people coming from the city oid but for us too little peace, too little privacy and no relaxation with the dogs. I would personally put a nice hedge between your own garden and the garden of the cottage and mention that there are cats walking around. With a little more privacy and quiet a gem, for now it was not it for us.

Veel potentie, wellicht prima voor mensen die uit de stad komen oid maar voor ons te weinig rust, te weinig privacy en geen ontspanning met de honden. Ik zou persoonlijk een mooiw heg plaatsen tussen eigen tuin en tuin van het vakantiehuisje en even vermelden dat er katten rond lopen. Met wat meer privacy en rust een pareltje, voor nu was het het niet voor ons.

Super nice house, cozy wood stove, beautiful garden, good reception. For us it was really a disadvantage that we only found out on arrival that the own cats of Madam walked around (we were with 2 dogs who are not charmed by cats) with the bbq also had several visits from the cats so the dogs always had tension. The garden is very nice but offers no privacy as it is adjacent to the garden of the landlady and this nice lady herself was working in the garden when we were there 10/15 meters away. We were only there for 1 night so therefore not very disturbing but for a longer stay we would have found this very annoying. To end on a positive note, super nice bed in the cottage!

Supermooi huisje, gezellig houtkachel, mooie tuin, goeie ontvangst.
Voor ons was het echt een nadeel dat we pas bij aankomst te horen kregen dat de eigen katten van mevrouw er rondliepen ( wij waren met 2 honden die niet gecharmeerd zijn van katten ) met de bbq ook een aantal keer bezoek gehad van de katten waardoor de honden steeds spanning hadden. De tuin is supermooi maar bied geen privacy aangezien deze open grenst aan de tuin van verhuurster en deze aardige mevrouw zelf in de moestuin aan het werken was toen wij daar waren op 10/15 meter afstand.
Wij waren er maar 1 nachtje dus daardoor niet super storend maar voor een langer verblijf zouden we dit heel vervelend hebben gevonden.
Om positief af te sluiten, superfijn bed in het huisje!

Nice place, light through large windows. Very personal, taste and touch owner is clearly present.

Fijne plek, licht door grote ramen. Erg persoonlijk, smaak en touch eigenaar is duidelijk aanwezig.

What a lovely warm and cozy cottage, you can feel that Katja has put a lot of love into this. We had a wonderful time, Liempde is a quiet and beautiful village. Also beautiful nature for hiking nearby and did a day in Den Bosch. Katja is a very sweet hostess and the breakfast was also super, the only thing is that the cottage is not "in nature" but in her large backyard. We had enough with this degree of privacy (you also have complete privacy), but if you really want to get away from it all that can be a point. It is also quite close to the A2, which can sometimes be heard. Again, it did not bother us and we had a wonderful few days stay. Thanks again for all the hospitality Katja!

Wat een heerlijk warm en knus huisje, je voelt dat Katja hier veel liefde in heeft gestoken. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad, Liempde is een rustig en prachtig dorpje. Ook mooie natuur om te wandelen in de buurt en een dagje Den Bosch gedaan. Katja is een hele lieve gastvrouw en het ontbijt was ook super.

Het enige is dat het huisje niet “in de natuur” ligt, maar in haar grote achtertuin. Wij hadden genoeg aan deze mate van privacy (je hebt ook volledige privacy), maar als je écht helemaal weg van alles wilt dan kan dat een puntje zijn. Ook ligt het vrij dicht aan de A2, die is soms wel te horen. Nogmaals, wij hadden er geen last van en hebben een zalige paar dagen verblijf gehad.
