Nature house in Baexem

This special nature house was built in the 17th century on the 13th-century family ancestral home. Where once there was the family's grandly landscaped vegetable garden you now find a unique botanical garden with natural swimming pond, in the left side of the castle is the house where you can stay with your party. The castle can accommodate 16 people. (A garden house and mobile homes can be rented in addition). Ideally suited for families or a number of families .(Not suitable for parties!) The castle is located in Central Limburg. In the immediate vicinity are several unique nature reserves including the Leudal, the Maasplassen and the Meinweg. Beaver and badger tracks are found around the garden. From this location you walk along the fields, across the creek and into the forest. The area is ideal for walking and cycling trips. Furthermore, there are several activities in the immediate vicinity. Some tips from guests: On the maasplassen you can rent (sailing) boats or take sailing lessons. You can also surf and canoe. In Brunssum you can walk the barefoot path. In Valkenburg you can mountain bike in the marl caves.

It is a discovery garden with a special planting, winding paths, surprises and of course the swimming pond. Furthermore, there are large terraces and there is a mobile home with hot tub (hot tub can be used at an additional cost). There are also chickens.
