On the edge of the forest, with a wide view over the meadows, in a quiet and cozy place is the nature house built in 1941. The large sitting room has a cozy sitting area with sofa and loose chairs in front of the fireplace. In addition, the gas stove warms the house excellently on colder days. Along the meadows and fields run the wooded banks with thick oaks characteristic of Twente. In the right season, cereals can be seen in the fields and cows in the meadows. Parts of the estate have been laid out park-like by landscape architect Pieter Wattez.
