Unwind in Rheeze on the Vecht The former potting shed of the monumental farmhouse has been converted into an exclusive guesthouse (85 m2 in total) with a surprisingly contemporary design. Experience the peace, space and privacy and contemporary design of this attractive B&B with coffee room/theme garden. The location in the authentic village of Rheeze with thatched farmhouses on the Overijsselse Vecht in a natural setting makes this a pearl to stay overnight and / or as a stopping point or rest. The welcoming reception by hostess Astrid Fidder and the Italian coffees, teas and home made treats make this location a popular destination for hikers and cyclists. A 2nd designer loft with 3 sleeping places has opened since 2025. B&B the Rheezer Loft is an oasis of calm, where natural materials and the atmosphere of slow living give the interior a feeling where you can immediately unwind.
Nature and surroundings
The lovely private garden seat has lounge chairs (Fermob) and a fantastic view of the brink and the Vechtdal. Nature lovers fall from one surprise to another in the Vechtdal due to the diverse landscape. Large sand drifts are interspersed with dark forests, beautiful moors, lush meadows with grazing cows and the most beautiful wild flowers. And in between, of course, that beautiful river. The Pieterpad, Vechtdalpad and Rondje Rheeze run along the brink. You step right into the walking and cycling world. Also, the nature house is located directly on a node route, so you can determine your own route. You can also rent bicycles through the landlord in different variants with or without electric drive. If you want to take a refreshing dip, you can do so in the beautiful swimming water in the very nearby nature reserve De Oldemeijer.
