Fully equipped, clean, and tidy. Tall people might have to duck a bit sometimes, but that adds to the charm.

Van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en netjes. Voor lange mensen even bukken soms maar dat heeft ook charme.

A lovely little cottage in a yard, but with complete privacy. Beautiful tall trees and fully equipped with all the amenities. We were there during the weekend of the heat wave, but it was still quite comfortable (we brought a fan, and the hostess had also set one up for us). Beautiful surroundings.

Prachtig kabouterhuisje op een erf maar totale privacy. Hele mooie hoge bomen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij zaten er in het weekend van de bloedhitte maar desondanks goed uit te houden.( ventilator mee en de dame had er ook 1 klaar gezet) prachtige omgeving

We love washing dishes, and the toilet cistern does just fine! If there is anything Nieko comes right away.... If you want a tip, come hear, Natasja comes from the Balkbrug clay and knows her surroundings well. I will definitely come back here. Together with my husband, or alone. And the surroundings, 15 minutes to N S E or W ..... everything is so quiet and beautiful!

Wij vinden afwassen heerlijk, en de wc stortbak doet het prima! Als er iets is komt Nieko meteen.... Wil je een tip, kom maar hoor, Natasja komt uit de Balkbrugse klei en kent haar omgeving wel. Ik kom hier zeker terug. Samen met manlief, of lekker alleen.
En de omgeving, 15 minuten naar N Z O of W ..... alles is zo rustig en mooi!

What a delight, an idyllic warm authentically decorated house yet with all the comforts you could wish for. Lovely sofas, beds and seating areas.... inside and out. A private home, with a conservatory and a great garden. A writing workshop together with the story of the residents and their history there, makes the visit so inviting that the fingers start itching. From the conservatory filled with fig leaves, you can see in the beautiful garden so many species of birds bathing, singing, fluttering and nesting, while the cats around jump and make the spectacle even more fun. It could also just be the neighbor with a diesel engine and a mattress, hanging in the air.... To each his own ;). But especially the farmers with their tractors and the birds hopping after them.... rest. Between me and the owners there were many coincidences, but apart from that it is wonderful to know that your privacy is guaranteed. They feel that very well!

Wat een heerlijkheid, een idyllisch warm authentiek ingericht huis met toch alle gemakken die je je maar kunt wensen. Heerlijke banken, bedden en zitjes.... binnen en buiten. Een eigen huis, met een serre en een geweldige tuin. Een schrijfatelier tesamen met het verhaal van de bewoners en hun historie aldaar, maakt het bezoek zo uitnodigend dat de vingers gaan jeuken.
Vanuit de serre gevuld met vijgenblad, zie je in de prachtige tuin zoveel soorten vogeltjes die badderen, zingen, fladderen en nestelen, terwijl de katten rondom springen en het schouwspel nog leuker maken. Het kan ook zomaar zijn dat de buurman met een dieselmotortje en een matras, in de lucht hangt.... Ieder zijn meug ;). Maar vooral ook de boeren met hun trekkers en de vogels die dan daar weer achteraan wippen.... rust. Hier komt een mens tot rust.
Tussen mij en de eigenaren waren veel toevallige levensloopjes, maar los daarvan is het heerlijk te weten dat je privacy gewaarborgd is. Dat voelen ze goed aan!
