The nature house is located in a rural setting; it is part of the home of the landlords, a former farm. The farm is the only one of its kind, was designed by architect K.P.C. de Bazel and is a national monument. The nature house has its own entrance and is entirely on the ground floor. In addition to a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet, there is a bedroom with double bed. Among other things, the cottage is furnished with a cozy wood stove and items from grandmother's time. However, you have the comforts of the present time. The area of the accommodation is 50 m2. There is TV. There is a bicycle shed with charging points for electric bicycles. There is a south-facing terrace in a flowery garden. And you can use the flower meadow next to the garden.
Nature and surroundings
The surroundings of De Lutte in the beautiful rolling Twente countryside where it is pleasant walking. In the immediate vicinity is the Tankenberg; the highest mountain in Overijssel. You can walk there on the Egheria Estate and enjoy the grandiose view. It is an estate with history, sagas and legends. Also nearby is the nature reserve ;t Lutterzand. The nature reserve;t Lutterzand is crossed by the small river Dinkel. The Dinkel rises in Germany, between Coesfeld and Ahaus. The catchment area in t Lutterzand is left as natural as possible. The Dinkel meanders through the sand deposits and can move several meters per year.
