This cozy and luxurious cottage is fully equipped, beautifully finished and decorated with attention to detail. The 60m2 nature house is located next to the owners' home and offers a spacious living room with sitting area, 4K SmartTV, air conditioning and super fast wifi. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances for a culinary evening. Also, your feet will not get cold because of the wonderful underfloor heating and a cozy wood stove. On the second floor there is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. Adjacent is a modern bathroom with rain shower, toilet and sink. You have access to the entire house and you have a lot of privacy because of the private entrance with terrace (20m2) and garden (225m2). The price is all-inclusive, so no surprises like cleaning costs, deposit, bed linen, tourist tax etc. Minimum stay 3 nights.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in the beautiful green countryside of Heythuysen, between the cities of Weert and Roermond. From the private terrace of the vacation home you have a view of the garden, chicken run behind it and pasture with stables and surrounding fields. In the immediate vicinity, beautiful walks through nature can be made. You can walk into the nearby Asbroekerheide forest within 5 minutes. It is also located next to a cycling junction route and can therefore serve as a starting point for a beautiful cycle route through Central Limburg. Nearby is the beautiful nature reserve of Leudal with its stream valleys and the Leumolen. National Park de Groote Peel and National Park de Meinweg are within 15 kilometers. Designer Outlet Roermond is 15 km away.
