This nature house in Gasselternijveenschemond stands on over 1000 m² of land with natural garden and is completely private. The cottage itself has a warm, colorful, cozy and especially spacious atmosphere.... It is an open space and through a staircase you come to the mezzanine where for four people the beds are made. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet kitchen with all the basic necessities and outside you can sit in several places in this natural garden. Nature and surroundings
1The nature surrounding this nature house is beautiful! Pure is a word that typifies the Hunzevallei well. A vast primeval valley with underground springs from which iron-colored seepage water bubbles up. You can stroll for hours. If you want to see the area from a completely different perspective, take a canoe trip on the river De Hunze. From the higher Hondsrug the flat peat colonies stretch out before you. The Hondsrug, a ridge created in the ice age, runs from Emmen to Groningen. Especially near the village of Valthe the difference in height is clearly visible. The Hondsrug area forms a nice contrast with the Hunze valley. You will find large wooded areas full of gnarly natural beauty. And dolmens, because the Funnel Beaker people who built them once inhabited these high and dry regions. The largest hunebed stands just outside Borger. Not surprisingly, this lively village is also the site of the Hunebedcentrum. Here you can meet the builders of the mysterious burial monuments.
