Hot tub, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, beds made are now fully included in our unique lodge completely free located in the beautiful nature reserve Lutterzand. This is not on a park. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Here is a single bed that can be pulled out to a double bed (1.60 meters). On the mezzanine in this room (accessible via stairs) is another 1-pers.berth. Pool room has 2 sinks, large shower with faucet and 2-pers. whirlpool with light therapy. The third bedroom has a double bed (1.40 meters) and access via stairs to a loft, where another 2 people can sleep. This void is in open connection with the living room. Please note, on all mezzanines you cannot stand upright! There is a cozy wood stove and spacious sitting area for 10 people. Next to the sitting area is a small, luxurious kitchen. There is a large veranda with plenty of seating areas. Here you can enjoy the greenery, the peace and quiet and the space around you.
Nature and surroundings
Near the nature house, about 500 meters walking distance, is the famous Greun'n Stet; a striking natural phenomenon and very well known. Here you can go for lovely walks in the summer or cool off in the water. The Lutterzand nature reserve is a very well-known tourist attraction for people from far and wide. Yet around the Lutterlodge you won't notice a thing. You are completely free in the middle of the forest. Around the campfire with friends and family is a good place to be. Larger cities such as Oldenzaal and Enschede are nearby, but also just across the border in Germany you can easily reach the charming Bad Bentheim with its impressive castle. Also enjoy the very spacious 2-person Jacuzzi in the house The nature house is completely free and is not on a park, but in the immediate vicinity are neighbors! Also, the lodge is located in a quiet and peaceful area. It is expected that one takes this into account!
